  • Products eligible for return include coat hooks, napkin holders, cooking spoons, jars, containers, hangers, and other home essentials.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
  1. Return Process

  • Once approved, follow the instructions provided for returning the item.
  1. Refunds
  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
